The RS 150
We accelerate your production with our rotary die-cutting machine. Speed and energy efficiency are critical factors in plastics processing, placing ever higher demands on all components of the extrusion line. The rotary die-cutter, originally developed by Märdian and now manufactured, further developed, and distributed by us, meets these requirements. The RS 150 operates with high precision and reliability at a maximum speed of 50 m/min, with a drive power of only 1.4 kW. Almost any material can be processed: plastics, rubber, cardboard, films, leather, and textiles, up to a material thickness of 3 mm. Our proven rotary die-cutting machine can be easily integrated into any extrusion line. It features a compact design, exceptionally quiet operation, easy handling, and is almost maintenance-free.

RS 150 Accessories
Machine base frame
Machine base frame with guide rails, allowing the machine to be slid out of the extrusion line.
Assisted retraction right or left
