Tailor-Made Solutions for
Optimal Efficiency

In a time when standard solutions often reach their limits, we develop plants and special-purpose machines precisely tailored to our customers’ requirements. Our goal is to transform technical challenges into high-performance, reliable, and cost-effective systems.

Whether it’s a complex production line, an automated special solution, or a precise individual machine, we design plants that perfectly fit your processes. Together, we create systems that perform today and endure tomorrow.

Examples

Hydrotac-Gel casting machine

This system combines multiple production steps in a single plant.
This special-purpose machine produces a specific multi-component mixture (gel) using a stud conveyor belt and a doctor blade mounted on a servo-driven XYZ axis. The gel partially cures on the belt via infrared heating elements and is pressed onto a PU foam web.

The PU foam web is then pulled off the conveyor, sealed on the gel side with a protective film, cut to adjustable widths, and wound onto a reel.

Stud grinding & testing station

The system is used for processing pressure vessel tubes.
The processing includes feeding the raw tubes into the machine, stud grinding, concentric boring, grinding of chamfers and annular surfaces, high-voltage testing, and finally, conveying the finished tubes out of the system.

Welding machines

The system is specifically designed to join metal bellows and their connecting parts precisely and reproducibly using TIG welding.
The welding torch features an integrated oscillating movement, which allows for a wider and more uniform weld seam.

Retraction press

This press and assembly machine automatically detects the product type to be pressed after the first component is loaded and selects the corresponding recipe/program.
The components are checked for correct placement upon loading. Three retractors, so-called return spring sleeves, are pressed into three holes of a counter-holding plate. During this process, the pressing force for each retractor is measured and recorded.
