CNC simultaneous milling
As a specialist in contract manufacturing, we are optimally equipped in CNC milling with four modern milling centers to reliably meet your requirements. All our machines are equipped with the latest CNC controls and complex clamping systems, enabling economical production of your components.
Programming is carried out directly by our qualified specialists at the machine, ensuring high quality and precision based on our many years of expertise. For particularly complex components, we also use powerful CAD/CAM systems to handle even demanding tasks quickly and reliably.
CNC turning
Our innovative turning process is based on the use of state-of-the-art CNC machines and the latest manufacturing technologies. This enables us to produce even complex geometries and the finest details with the highest precision and consistent quality. This includes, among other things, axial and radial bores, flat surfaces, grooves, and slots, all manufactured exactly according to customer specifications. The result is dimensionally accurate and reliable components that meet the most demanding technical requirements.
The combination of advanced technology, careful process monitoring, and many years of experience allows us to reliably produce even complex components with tight tolerances. This ensures that our products meet the highest quality standards and can be used flexibly in a wide range of technical applications.
Grinding
On state-of-the-art surface and cylindrical grinding machines, we manufacture and process precise workpieces exactly according to drawings and customer specifications. By using the latest grinding technology and continuously maintained machines, we ensure maximum dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and excellent surface quality. Even with tight tolerances and complex geometries, we consistently achieve reliable results.
Our experienced specialists oversee every project, from technical coordination to final quality control. We work with a wide range of materials and adapt our manufacturing processes individually to meet each requirement—from single parts to small series production.
